You don’t have to give up your favorite foods in order to lose weight. Let me show you how this is possible.. You don’t have to give up your favorite foods, but only change your eating pattern.
Cut Down Just 500 Calories per Day:
To start your way to lose weight fast and easy, commence by reducing your calorie consumption by only 500 per day. You won’t feel comfortable if you reduce too many calories suddenly from your diet. You will feel weak and unable to cope with the diet.
Drastically reducing calories will put unnecessary burden on the body. Even your metabolism rate will drop, making you feel weak and tired. This is not the best way to lose weight.
When you want to reduce 500 calories, focus more on reducing carbohydrate intake. I don’t advise completely giving up carbs. At the same time, avoid processed foods as they can cause food addiction and also usually contain too many calories. Any weight loss program you follow should not ask you to drastically cut down on calorie consumption.
Eat Apples as Snacks:
Most of us eat unhealthy snacks, just replace them with apples to lose weight fast and easy. Apples are very nutritious and they contain very few calories.
We should stop eating junk food as snacks. They are high in calories but low in nutrition. Instead of that, opt for an apple. Your craving will be satisfied and you will feel full.
Small and Frequent Workouts
If you cannot afford to take out time for exercises, here is a simple solution. Start exercising in small sessions many times a day. You can exercise even in between your work or while doing any chores.
You can get better results by doing both aerobic and anaerobic exercises. For best results, do both aerobic as well as anaerobic exercises. Start with less intensity and gradually increase duration and intensity of your exercises as you get more comfortable with it.
There are several exercises like jumping rope, skipping, running on the spot etc. which do not require you to purchase special equipment. They don’t take too much of time. So do them many times during the day.
Boost Your Metabolism:
The best way to lose weight fast and easy is to boost your metabolism. One way of doing it is to do aerobic and anaerobic exercises everyday. Drinking lot of water and staying hydrated will also help in boosting metabolism rate.
A great trick to further boost metabolism is to deviate from your diet plan every now and then. You can set aside one day in a week where you allow yourself to eat your favorite foods. If you enjoy hamburgers, pasta,cakes etc., there is no reason to give them up completely.
Remember, you are only allowed to indulge in high calorie foods just once in a week. But do so in moderation. I am not saying that you can eat as much of your favorite foods as you like. Enjoy your favorite foods within limitations.
During other days of the week, stay with the healthy weight loss diet plan you are following. By eating low calorie diet for 6 days a week, your metabolism rate may drop. You can revive it by eating a high calorie diet on 1 day of the week.
This way you don’t even have to give up your favorite foods in order to lose weight fast and easy. You only have to change your eating patters and try to eat in moderation.
