Simple 3-Step Plan for Permanent Weight Loss

Many people want to know how to lose weight in 2 weeks at home or less. So here I present a simple, yet effective, 3 step plan to lose weight fast in a month.
The good thing is that you can not only lose weight quickly using this method, but do it in a healthy way and then keep it permanently off.
First Step - First step in losing weight is to cut down some foods which are bad for you. These include canned fruit juices, junk foods like burgers and sweets. Sodas also come under this category. These foods cause weight gain and are not healthy to eat.
After cutting down on the above mentioned foods, you also need to make sure you are eating properly. Control the portion size of your meals. Do not eat till you are full, stop before it. Eat slowly as it prevents overeating. Do not eat while watching TV as it will distract you and make you eat more.
You might be tempted to eat snacks in between meals. It can be so difficult to control hunger pangs. One way to handle this problem is to eat fresh fruits or vegetables instead of high calorie junk foods. Vegetables are low in calories, so they can be eaten in moderation as snacks.
Second Step - After gaining control over your eating habits, next step is to avoid further bad habits. I am talking about smoking and drinking. Remember that tobacco, nicotine and alcohol are your body’s enemies. Stay as far away as possible from these.
Many people consider smoking to be a stress reliever. There is an alternative way for relieving stress. It is through exercises. Exercising is a healthy way of stress reduction, so you don’t need to smoke. It may be difficult initially, but if you are fully motivated, you can overcome this habit.
I will reveal a simple yet excellent strategy to keep yourself motivated. Take a piece of paper and write down all your important health and weight loss goals on it. Then read out these goals to yourself almost daily. It can help tremendously in keeping your motivation level high when the going gets tough.
Third Step - After completing the above 2 steps, you should find the third step to be quite easy. This step involves keeping track of how you are progressing day by day. An excellent way to do this is to maintain a food journal and an exercise journal. Write down entries for each day, which you can later analyze to see if anything needs to be improved upon.
Above all, remember that slow and steady wins the race. So, don’t go for fad diets which focus on short-term results. Opt for a good fast weight loss plan which focuses on long term results. Such a program can teach you proper weight management strategies so that once you have lose some pounds, you will know how to keep them off!
