Again, next week, you can target another habit. Let us say you want to cut down on eating sweets and fattening foods. Use all your will power for succeeding in your goal for this week. Now it becomes so easy to lose weight fast, isn't it?

Put all your attention and energy at just one or two things. Once you have them under control, go for the next one. So, one by one, you can conquer all major obstacles standing in your way to lose weight fast.
