TSA strip-searches 85-year-old woman in wheelchair while National Organization for Women (N.O.W.) remains shamelessly silent

In the latest chapter of the U.S. government’s police state humiliation of innocent American women, an 85-year-old woman in a wheelchair, Lenore Zimmerman, was strip-searched by TSA agents who left her bleeding from a painful gash in her leg. Why would an 85-year-old grandmother lie about being strip-searched by the TSA? So the TSA blames her for inventing all this, claiming it essentially never happened. This is the yet another sign of the runaway criminality of the TSA and the entire federal government which now feels it is above the law and answerable to no one. That more people aren’t engaged in a massive outcry against this also shows the extreme desensitization of the public which has already been achieved. Had this event happened just a decade ago, the national media would have been in an uproar. That it happened in 2011, during an era when the TSA routinely conducts illegal molestations of air travelers, apparently doesn’t even raise eyebrows anymore. And that’s pathetic (more below…). Secret laws that can never be challenged The federal government currently claims that when you enter an airport, you are essentially “government property” and its agents can do anything to you that they want, with zero protections, no boundaries and no recourse. In fact, in dismissing Gov. Jesse Ventura’s recent lawsuit against the TSA, a federal court recently put forth the following astonishing points in its ruling: 1) TSA’s laws are “secret” and you cannot know what they are. (It’s “national security” didn’t ya know?) 2) TSA’s laws can be changed at any time without notice. (And you still can’t know what they are.) 3) You must abide by these secret laws even though you do not have any right to know what they are. (We don’t have to tell you what the rules are, but you have to follow them anyway!) 4) These laws may never be challenged by anyone, even if they violate federal law, the Bill of Rights, the Constitution or even basic human rights. In other words, technically speaking the TSA could pass a “secret” administration rule right that gives all TSA agents the right to have unrestricted deviant sexual intercourse with all selected air travelers as a “right” that cannot be challenged (just like with the kings in the Dark Ages). Under these perverse rules, the TSA could declare all Middle Eastern people to be a sub-human species, or require all teenage boys to be “thoroughly searched” Sandusky-style. I’m not making this up. The TSA now has the “administrative right” to do all these things, according to federal courts. And none of it can be challenged. (Outrageous!) This is obviously a total violation of U.S. law and the very principles of freedom upon which this country was founded. The Fourth Amendment means what it says. It is not subject to “administrative nullification.” We are living under a police state system right now, as you read this… Obscene violations of the rights of women Getting back to the grandmother in the wheelchair, she had asked to avoid the microwave radiation naked body scanner because she has a heart defibrillator surgically implanted in her chest, and she was concerned the machine’s radiation might interfere with her medical device. Shame on N.O.W. for its inexcusable silence as our nation’s women are being sexually and psychologically abused — even bloodied — by government agents. Shame on the thuggish abusers who take these TSA jobs and carry out this police state agenda in exchange for a paycheck and the promise of a pension (which will one day be stolen from them, of course). Shame on the mainstream media for whitewashing this story, ignoring the muffled cries of all the women, teenage daughters, moms and grandmothers who are being routinely abused in all this, almost as if Penn State’s football coaching staff were directing the TSA’s strip-search protocols. Shame on America for allowing this to go on, day after day, in complete and blatant violation of the Peoples’ Fourth Amendment rights (not to mention fundamental human rights). A nation of people who will routinely let the government stick their hands down their pants — and excuse it all by claiming there are invisible “terrorists” hiding around every corner — is a nation of cowards who have forgotten what freedom really means. While tyrants run rampant, America sleeps… Will America ever awaken to protecting innocents against tyrants? I can only wonder, what event of overreaching tyranny will awaken the sleeping People? Will it take a TSA agent openly raping little boys in the back room? Or would that be okay, too, as long as somebody claims they’re “fighting terror”? Maybe Napolitano should be replaced by Sandusky, and then we’d have even better security in America because all the young boys would be checked for bombs inside and out, huh? Yeah, it’s sick. I apologize for even needing to draw these parallels, but this is the level of insanity that has now been achieved by the TSA and its open molestation and torture of innocent travelers. At what point has it gone too far, I ask you? If the TSA claims it can merely write its own supreme rules that are subject to no law, no legal review and no courts challenge , then what’s to stop the TSA from just ruling over the entire nation as a criminal police force that routinely rapes daughters and children on street-corner TSA checkpoints? Is there no requirement for the TSA to abide by any laws whatsoever? Are we honestly supposed to believe that the actions of the TSA will be held in check solely by the “ethics” of the TSA itself? Are you kidding? Are you insane? This is the whole point of checks and balances, folks. The Bill of Rights is a check against tyrants who, throughout history, have “gone TSA” on their own populations and ended up raping their own innocent civilians merely because nothing stopped them from doing so. The whole point of the Bill of Rights is to HALT government attempts to overreach its limited mandate, and today, nothing is stopping the TSA from getting worse by the day. If the courts will not intervene, and all laws are openly ignored, and the local police and sheriffs will do nothing to stop these criminals operating at the airports, then I must ask the inevitable question: At what point must obedience to the LAW be enforced by the citizens themselves? I can only wonder what it’s going to take before the sheeple of America decide they’ve had enough and they march into their local airports with the local Sheriff and bunch of armed deputies carrying M4 rifles and they ARREST THE TSA AGENTS and charge them with not just the crimes they have committed, but conspiracy to commit those crimes as well. TSA agents, after all, would feel right at home in prison where getting gang raped is part of the culture. Heck, it might be so familiar to them all that they would mistake prison for a “federal workplace!”

Big Pharma attempting to corner the market on medical marijuana

(NaturalNews) As DEA raids and IRS harassment continue on state-approved medical marijuana, Big Pharma eyes the profitability of cannabis and prepares to muscle in, using its lobbyists and government connections to ensure a monopoly on legal sales of the drug. In early April of 2011, two drug manufacturing giants, G.W. Pharmaceuticals and Novartis, announced they had formed an alliance to license and market GW’s Sativex, a liquid cannabis drug. The drug is already available in Great Britain, as well as Canada and Spain. The licensing agreement with Novartis will enable sales to expand into markets in Africa, Asia and the Middle East. FDA Phase III trials are still being organized for Otsuka, GW’s partner for licensing Sativex for the US market. Unlike other cannaboids produced for recreational or medicinal use, Sativex is not a synthetic but an actual extract of the cannabis plant. It therefore lacks the side-effects of the synthetic drugs which merely attempt to replicate cannabis. Patients, primarily people diagnosed with MS or cancer, spray Sativex beneath their tongues. GW claims that Sativex is formulated to provide the same health benefits that medical marijuana offers but without that drug’s high. GW says that Sativex balances the psychoactive agent THC with cannabidiol (CBD), the chemical believed to be the source of medical marijuana’s anti-nausea and cancer-cell-killing effects, in such a way as to eliminate any of the sensations associated with recreational marijuana. However, cannabis expert Dr. Lester Grinspoon, professor emeritus of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, points out that the issue of whether Sativex produces marijuana high depends on the size of the dosage. One of GW’s allies in its attempt to replace state-legalized whole-plant medical marijuana with its own chemical extract is Dr. Andrea Barthwell whose career includes consulting for GW, as well as stints as deputy drug czar under President George W. Bush and as president of the American Society for Addiction Medicine. Barthwell frames Big Pharma cannabis as best way to bring marijuana into medical usage: “The safety and advisability of any prescriptive medicine should depend on years of careful scientific scrutiny, not whims at the ballot box by individuals who lack the qualifications to make such decisions. Allowing cannabis to circumvent FDA approval sets a dangerous precedent and puts us on a slippery slope.” Big Pharma’s big contributions to many legislators means they have many elected officials willing to see things the drug companies’ way on this, as on many other issues. Even legislators known to take a strong states’ right stance on other issues, such as offshore drilling, somehow find themselves standing up for federal oversight on this topic. For example, Sen. Richard Burr (R-N.C.), who holds the dubious distinction of the being the member of Congress who has accepted the largest amount from pharmaceutical firms, has taken a stance against state legalization of marijuana. To save America’s health, we must end nutritional illiteracy among doctors, patients

(NaturalNews) An obese doctor comes home to his wife at dinner time carrying yet another bag full of drive-through junk food from a local restaurant. Worried about his health, his wife asks, “Don’t you realize all that junk food you keep eating is destroying your entire body?” “That’s not my concern,” the doctor replies. “I’m only an ear, nose and throat specialist.” This joke illustrates an important point: That even the most brilliant scientists, doctors and researchers can seem downright clueless when it comes to their own health. And this joke isn’t really a joke at all: It’s a sad but true commentary about the blind spots in the knowledge of those who are among society’s most intelligent thinkers. I’ve known many brilliant people. Even a few geniuses. But rarely do I meet anyone whose knowledge of food and nutrition rises very far above outright ignorance. Perhaps one in a hundred people in the western world today have taken it upon themselves to actually learn about foods and health — the rest simply wing it, going along with the mainstream. (And the mainstream is diseased…) Brilliance in one field doesn’t always translate into nutrition But here’s the really interesting part: The more intelligent a person is in their own field of specialty, the more informed they think they are about foods and nutrition (even if they aren’t). A typical rocket scientist, for example, is so used to being right that when it comes to his dietary decisions and food shopping habits, he thinks he is right by the mere fact that he is the one making his food consumption decisions. Because he’s always right, then whatever decision he makes — whether it deals with food, finances or relationships — must also be the right decision. Making matters even worse, really smart people are especially susceptible to strategies of non-conscious persuasion — such as those used by food advertisers. Food companies don’t appeal to logic and reason when advertising their junk foods because there really isn’t much logic or reason behind consuming their products at all. Instead, they use emotional anchoring to unconsciously attach feelings to brands. That way, when you’re in the store shopping, you unconsciously experience a preference for a particular product or brand without knowing why . This gets the smart people every time, it seems. They may have superior logic and intellect compared to the rest of the world, but when you examine their grocery store receipts, they’re buying all the same junk as the guy with an IQ of 70 who lives next door. Having brains, it seems, doesn’t necessarily translate into making good decisions about food and health. And yet these people should know better. Food and consequences Most scientists, doctors and high-IQ people believe in The Law of Cause and Effect . Every action (a cause) results in some reaction (an effect). Every input has an output. Most people acknowledge this universal truth, and yet when it comes to foods and health, there’s a bizarre disconnect about this. People have been trained by the big food companies — and even government regulators to a large extent — that what they choose to eat has almost no bearing on their health outcomes. The establishment would rather have you believe that your genes control your health while glossing over the far more important point that it is your diet that controls the expression of your genes. They would rather ignore the truthful fact that vitamin D prevents infectious disease 500% better than a vaccine because this allows them to promote vaccines rather than teach nutritional responsibility. Even mainstream dieticians from the American Dietetic Association are taught that there is no difference between dead foods and living foods . A calorie is a calorie, they’re taught, no matter where it comes from or whether it’s in a plant from Mother Nature or a sugar factory made by Man. The nutritional ignorance in our culture is astounding, and as long as such ignorance remains so widespread, we will never achieve a health care system that’s both effective and affordable. As long as our doctors remain nutritionally illiterate, we will never have a health care system that values educating patients about what they put in their mouths. Ignorance is the enemy of lasting health , and sadly our own government institutions such as the FDA maintain policies of enforced ignorance that outlaw companies selling natural products from linking to scientific studies that discuss the health benefits of their products. Everything from cherries, green tea and walnuts have been under relentless attacks by the FDA, which threatens company founders with arrest and prosecution unless they remove their website links to point to scientific studies published in peer-reviewed science journals. Why intelligent life in the universe is likely to be hostile

(NaturalNews) Famed physicist Stephen Hawking recently made headlines by explaining that even though extraterrestrial intelligence very likely exists in the universe, we probably don’t want to meet aliens any time soon. “If aliens ever visit us,” Hawking said, “I think the outcome would be much as when Christopher Columbus first landed in America, which didn’t turn out very well for the Native Americans.” I agree completely. In fact, I’ve been considering writing an article on this subject for quite some time, but thought it would be construed as “too pessimistic” by many readers. But now that Hawking has opened the door on this topic, here’s my take on it. The most successful societies are the conquerors Sad as it may seem, peaceful societies never accomplish much in the way of spreading their culture, expanding their reach or populating new lands (or planets). All the really peaceful cultures on planet Earth — Tibetan Buddhists, Amazonian tribes, Native American Indians, Indigenous Australians — were unilaterally wiped out by far more aggressive and violent cultures. The Earth today is dominated by those religions and cultures that were expansionary and aggressive in their ways. Aggressive populations always tend to destroy peaceful populations, taking over their lands and resources, eventually ruling their people. In looking at the universe, it’s not difficult to realize that peaceful, docile planetary populations are extremely unlikely to ever visit other planets. They’re not looking to expand and they’re quite content with where they are. So happy aliens , so to speak, are almost certainly not the kind of aliens we are likely to see zipping around the universe and arriving at our doorstep. Angry, war-like aliens, on the other hand, are always looking to expand and conquer. They are the ones who will “succeed” in the universe because they will constantly expand their reach, take over other planets, and exploit more resources to drive their war machines. These are the aliens we are far more likely to meet. That’s Stephen Hawking’s point, too. What happens when alien conquerors discover Earth? If you believe there are intelligent extraterrestrials zipping around the universe at faster-than-light travel, then you quickly realize it won’t take long before they discover Earth — a luscious planet filled with water, one of the most precious resources in the known universe. Earth also contains various precious metals, too, that would likely be extremely important for alien technologies. Just as the U.S. invades other countries to acquire supplies of oil, extraterrestrial aliens may decide to invade planet Earth to take our water, metals or even our DNA. This is not an outlandish thought: It’s actually the most likely context of any meeting with aliens. We should assume, in other words, that if aliens actually come to visit Earth, they will almost certainly be looking to exploit our planetary resources for their own continued imperialistic expansion because only the expansionary aliens are likely to find us in the first place. And in such an encounter, it is extremely likely that alien weapons technology would vastly out-perform our own defensive technologies, essentially leaving our planet defenseless. A few Patriot missiles, in other words, won’t stop alien anti-matter blasters or whatever they happen to be firing our way. (Or they could probably just unleash an engineered pandemic to wipe us out without destroying the natural habitat on the planet.) It’s also extremely likely that these expansionary, imperialistic aliens won’t value human life. Do modern American soldiers value the lives of Iraqi civilians? Did the crew of Christopher Columbus value the lives of Native American Indians? Not at all: The legacy of Columbus that’s not taught in history lessons is that the man was a slaughterer of Native American Indians who engaged in the most heinous crimes against the “savages.” That America actually continues to celebrate the Columbus Day holiday is yet another powerful demonstration of how our culture worships violence, destruction and expansionary imperialism. Earthlings will likely be considered “savages” by any sufficiently-advanced alien race. We should expect to be treated by them no more compassionately than the way in which we have treated indigenous populations that inhabit our own planet. What about an enlightened alien race? It would seem more optimistic, of course, to suppose that some extraterrestrial intelligence might be “enlightened.” They would come to us in peace, the thinking goes, and they would share their technology with us to cure cancer, end all disease, or whatever. This is some fairly naive thinking, actually. If you look around our own planet, you see that the peaceful “enlightened” societies like the Tibetan Buddhists are routinely overrun (murdered, imprisoned, etc.) by far more aggressive and militaristic societies like the Communist Chinese. If you look at the history of planet earth (or even just the more recent history of North America), enlightened populations haven’t fared very well. Most have been all but eradicated from the face of our planet, in fact, or placed on desolate reservations that were only chosen because they were perceived to have no value in terms of natural resources. Peace, in other words, doesn’t get you anywhere in the physical universe (although it probably scores you karma points in other ways). Given any collection of neighborhoods, towns, cities, nations or worlds, those who are most militaristic, violent and expansionist are the most likely to end up dominating (and populating) the available living spaces. Natural selection on the scale of the entire universe, in other words, favors those who destroy others. Because of this unfortunate reality, we should only really expect to meet intelligent extraterrestrials who are looking to destroy us. This isn’t a radical idea… it’s actually the most logical conclusion. I’m not advocating all this, by the way. It’s just a sad reality of our physical universe. I wish the more enlightened civilizations were more successful, but I don’t see any evidence of that. Besides, Earthlings aren’t really enlightened yet either. We are still basically an infantile race of arrogant men with silly ideas about medicine, nature, sustainability and technology. As we haven’t yet learned to value the life of plants and animals on our planet, why should we expect some alien race to value our lives? Has the invasion already begun? (Humor section) Here’s a radical idea: What if the aliens have already arrived and are working among us to destroy the human population right now in preparation for alien colonization? This horrifying idea is portrayed quite dramatically in the recent television series “V” which is actually a remake of a series of the same name from the 1980′s in which alien reptilian visitors were taking over Earth by posing as earthlings. See Wikipedia . In the V series, aliens that look like humans take over key positions in politics, health care and law enforcement, then they methodically enslave the human race. The reason I mention this is because some writers and public speakers such as David Icke have, for years, claimed that a reptilian race of aliens already lives among us, and that people in key positions of power are actually reptilians. Obama is a reptile, the thinking goes, and so was Bush. It’s hard to know what to make of such assertions. It would seem that if such lizard people actually existed, somebody would have snapped a photo of one by now, or a video would have appeared on YouTube. Or a lizard skull would have been apparent on a CT scan somewhere along the line. Unless, of course, you think that the reptilian alien conspiracy goes so deep that key information censors on the internet (Google) are actually reptilian aliens themselves. Come to think of it, the founders of Google, Sergey Brin and Larry Page, do look a little bit like iguanas (http://scrapetv.com/News/News%20Pages/Technology/images/sergey-brin-larry-page.jpg), but that’s probably just coincidence. Or is it?
