Court documents reveal LA County prosecutor Kelly Sakir used infiltration agents, hidden cameras, extreme surveillance to target Rawesome Foods

Occupy Wall Street turns violent with mass arrests, police beatings

A series of videos uploaded to YouTube show officers from the New York Police Department (NYPD) storming the streets, assaulting protesters, beating them with night sticks, and even bragging and laughing about the fact that they are getting to use their weapons against citizens. Occupy Wall Street, the American revolution that the mainstream media is ignoring

(NaturalNews) Right now in New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver, Seattle, and a growing number of other cities, tens of thousands of protestors of all stripes and political persuasions are marching in protest of the corporate corruption that has infiltrated and taken control of the US government — and the mainstream media (MSM), of course, has been virtually absent in covering this massive and escalating demonstration against the current state of US politics. The ongoing demonstrations, which are part of a new movement called Occupy Wall Street (OWS), have already resulted in numerous cases of violent police abuses, the shutting down of the Brooklyn Bridge, and even the voluntary arrival of members of the US armed forces who have reportedly come to help protest and protect protestors from attacks by local law enforcement. Most Americans still have no idea that the protests, which officially began on September 17, 2011, are even taking place, though, because the MSM has been too busy focusing on the next presidential election cycle and other safe, pre-planned news segments. Broke California using taxpayer money to lobby for more taxpayer money

(NaturalNews) Just when you thought the drunken-sailor spending habits of California couldn’t get any more absurd comes a report this week that state lawmakers have elevated squandering taxpayer money to new heights. Broke California is actually using taxpayer money to beg Washington for more taxpayer money. Worried that Washington lawmakers are keen to cut the federal budget by shifting the burden to the states rather than actually cutting spending , the California state Assembly, which has long been controlled by Democrats, has hired a K Street lobbying firm to fight for its “interests” on Capitol Hill. And while the price of this insanity may not seem like much – $180,000 a year – in the great scheme of things (California’s gross domestic product is larger than most countries), consider this: The state is flat broke, with a debt roughly equal to $9,500 for each of the state’s nearly 37 million people after years of subsequent budget deficits and borrowing. Worse, California’s credit rating is in the cellar, meaning all of the borrowing it has been doing to pay for all the lawmakers have been dishing out in exchange for votes comes at a premium. So it’s no wonder the state Assembly wants to wring every dime it can out of the nation’s taxpayers; because state taxpayers can’t keep up. Part of this insanity is, of course, Washington’s fault. Again, in an effort to curry favor among key constituencies or the electorate in general, Congress and the White House are keen to pass legislation that require federal agencies to write rules (read mandates ) that take the force of law, but don’t come with any funding (i.e., unfunded mandates). States have to pick up the tab, and they do that, usually, by tapping state taxpayers to foot the bill. California and a few other states have only compounded their financial problems because not only are they liable to fund the unfunded mandates, their legislatures and assemblies often pass laws that put even more regulatory burdens on state taxpayers and businesses. And while all may seem well when economic times are good, when times turn bad those mandates don’t go away – just the funding for them does. “State governments are a little different than the federal government in that they actually have to balance their budgets. So the ever-changing amount that the feds provide really makes things difficult,” Jeff Hurley, a policy analyst at the National Conference of State Legislatures, told The Washington Times. Hence the need for cities and states to hire “representation” in the form of lobbying firms, again on the taxpayer’s dime. Only, the simplest answer is also the most impossible one (think political gridlock), and that is to simply get rid of the mandates or, at a minimum, scale back those that serve no purpose other than to ensure someone somewhere continues to have a job. Surely there are a few we could do without . Out-of-control spending and borrowing is the direct result of two political factors: Over promising by lawmakers and over regulation by state and federal agencies. So absurd has become the level of this madness than now smaller governments have turned to lobbying the central government for a bigger share of a shrinking pie, and that is lauded as more “necessary” than actually cutting spending and loosening the stranglehold on taxpayers and businesses. The debt ceiling fiasco: It’s not about compromise; it’s about principle

(NaturalNews) An armed man approaches an innocent old lady on the street, shoves his gun in her face and screams, “Give me everything you own!” The little old lady, flummoxed but determined, angrily answers back, “Screw you! I’m not giving you one red cent!” The mugger pauses for a moment and then retorts, “Well then let’s compromise. Just give me all the money you’re carrying right now and we’ll call it even!” This is the nature of the Democrats’ “compromise” over the looming debt ceiling. Over the last three days, we’ve heard that word belligerently repeated over and over: “Compromise! Compromise! Compromise!” And yet all their compromise will really deliver to us is a compromised future where spending remains completely out of control and our children inherit total financial bankruptcy. Some compromise, huh? Maybe we don’t need a compromise . Maybe what we need is to stand firm on principle . In this case, I’m talking about the principle of living within your means . Taking responsibility for your spending. Honoring the taxpayers by not eroding the value of their own dollars with incessant Federal Reserve “quantitative easing” (just a code phrase for counterfeiting money and dumping it into circulation). Standing firm on principle takes more courage than compromise Compromise is not always the answer. If a heroin addict is at a recovery center and says to the doctor there, “I want 10 hits of heroin today” and the doctor says, “You’ll get zero,” then it’s certainly not a good idea to “compromise” with the addict by giving him five hits of heroin. When an addiction is out of control, compromise is destructive, not constructive. And America’s debt spending is, much like a heroin junky, an out-of-control addiction. We’re addicted to debt, and too many people in Washington (both Democrats and Republicans, by the way) don’t really want to quit that addiction. They just want more hits, which is the whole purpose of raising the debt ceiling. Increased spending results in increased power, you see. The more money the government pays out to the citizens in “benefits,” the more control it has over their lives. And the more money the government spends on military spending or other projects, the more easily members of Congress can funnel taxpayer dollars into the pockets of their evil corporate campaign supporters. No government ever wants to get smaller. It always wants to grow and expand, consuming all the resources around it like a runaway cancer tumor . It is the very nature of power to seek expansion of its own power. What America needs right now is radical cancer surgery to remove the tumor. That tumor is made up of power-hungry bureaucrats, lawmakers, and federal officials who all want to expand their power, collect more money and leave less on the table for the taxpayers who are footing the entire bill. And right now as we watch Boehner, Obama and Reid argue over the debt ceiling, we are really watching three cancer tumor cells argue over how to divvy up the rest of the healthy tissue they’ve already infected . To expect Big Government to solve the problems caused by Big Government is to expect cancer tumors to magically and spontaneously create their own cancer cures. It’s just not gonna happen, folks. Even full-blown chemotherapy couldn’t bring down this runaway debt spending monstrosity… The cure for cancerous government growth The cure for Big Government can only be found in the People, not in government itself. This is why America was founded on the idea that when government becomes too oppressive, too powerful or too arrogant, it is the right and the duty of the People to seize control and bring that government back down to a reasonable size — all while reminding the government to “fear the People” (and serve the People) rather than trying to enslave the People. That’s where this is all headed: A massive social revolt against Big Government’s ineptitude, arrogance and cancer-like tendencies. Huge public outcry over TSA forcing 95-year-old cancer patient to remove adult diaper

(NaturalNews) The TSA has once again shown itself to be an agency utterly lacking in respect for human dignity by forcing a 95-year-old cancer patient to remove her adult diaper during the screening procedure. Jean Weber, a leukemia patient, underwent the humiliating procedure at the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport where TSA agents, as usual, claim to be “protecting the public from terrorism.” (You have to question the intelligence, obviously, of any federal employee who believes that terrorists are hiding weapons inside the diaper of a 95-year-old cancer patient. More on that below…) Outrage over the “adult diaper pat-down” has rapidly spread across the internet as more and more people are waking up and realizing the TSA has no concept of human dignity and can justify anything — yes, anything — as part of the “war on terror.” The TSA even justified this adult diaper pat-down, claiming what they did was conducted in a “respectful and sensitive manner.” Is respectful and sensitive raping next? That’s the same phrase they’re going to use when they start conducting even more invasive body cavity searches on American travelers. It’s no stretch to imagine the TSA soon explaining, “We reached into the anus of those 43 passengers to look for explosives in a respectful and sensitive manner.” Or better yet, “We raped those teenagers by fondling their genitals and exploring their body cavities in a respectful and sensitive manner .” Adding the words “in a respectful and sensitive manner” to the crimes they are committing does not magically nullify the crimes themselves. TSA agents are criminal perverts, molesters and rapists who combine an over-inflated sense of their own importance with a stunningly sick lack of respect and dignity for fellow human beings. They’re also ridiculously ineffective at actually increasing the security of air travel: While they’re busy checking infant diapers for poop bombs and adult diapers for terrorist weapons, they routinely miss handguns and other items that are blatantly thrown in carry-on bags and carried right onto airplanes. Singling out the elderly for extensive pat-downs To give you a glimpse into the world of idiotic logic used by the TSA to justify its pathetic existence, this adult diaper pat-down was explained by Sari Koshetz, a spokeswoman for the Transportation Security Administration in Miami, who said, “During any part of the process, if there is an alarm, then we have to resolve that alarm.” Wheelchairs, it turns out, always trigger an alarm. So the TSA spends an inordinate amount of time checking the underwear of all the people who can’t walk . It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that 95-year-old people who can’t walk are probably not likely to carry out terrorist attacks on airplanes. But this concept is apparently too advanced for the TSA geniuses who have mastered the art of stripping common sense out of every rule and regulation they’re given. But here’s the most asinine part of this whole event: After the TSA took off her diaper, they complained that it was “soiled” and was impeding their search. (“How can we find bombs with all this crap in the way?”) They then requested the diaper be changed to a new, unsoiled diaper, but the traveling family did not have a spare diaper available. What? No diaper? That’s probably because they didn’t expect their own government to treat their 95-year-old grandma like a terrorist and remove her only diaper! Perhaps the TSA should issue new guidelines to travelers so they’ll be better prepared: • Bring a spare set of diapers in case we make you change them. • Bring a spare set of underwear in case we accidentally rip your existing set as we remove it. • Leave your dignity at home. You won’t be needing it anymore. TSA says it did no wrong! TSA spokesperson Sari Koshetz, meanwhile, explained the fascinating reasoning behind all this by babbling like an idiot robot: “TSA cannot exempt any group from screening because we know from intelligence that there are terrorists out there that would then exploit that vulnerability.” In other words, TSA agents are too stupid to assess the risk of terrorism by looking at people (or talking to them, like Israeli security forces do), and they are equally terrified by everyone. Imagine moving through the world with this level of mental retardation — TSA agents who walk down the street on a dark night are just as terrified of a 95-year-old woman in a wheelchair as they are by a young gang banger wearing gang clothes and carrying a large knife. The TSA seems to have lost the ability to distinguish between high security threats and low security threats… and these are the people running airport security! Any terrorist that actually tries to get on an airplane with explosives must be amused by the fact that all the TSA agents are busy checking the diapers of senior citizens for poop bombs and are therefore too distracted to deal with real terrorism threats. TSA employees need new work as diaper changers While TSA employees absolutely suck at security, they do seem to be particularly well-skilled at changing the diapers of incontinent senior citizens. This brings up a new job opportunity for them, actually: Fire the TSA and offer their ex-workers new jobs changing diapers at nursing homes and assisted living centers. It would be far more helpful to society and might actually teach these people something about caring for fellow human beings. It’s time for America to stand up against the undignified and truly outrageous treatment of our veterans, grandmothers, and even infant babies at the hands of utterly idiotic TSA agents who claim to be “merely following orders.” That was the excuse of every Nazi Germany soldier, of course, who committed atrocities against humankind. Any idiot can “just follow orders.” What we need is some intelligent people who will refuse those orders if they violate basic human rights (not to mention Constitutional law). TSA agents are reincarnated Nazi soldiers who merely follow orders What the TSA’s behavior really proves is that some human beings will do ANYTHING if their government hires them to do it. TSA agents would shoot Jews if they were so ordered. They would sexually molest babies if that was a TSA rule. They would arrest and torture travelers using high-voltage electricity if that was required in the TSA manual. (The Milgram experiments readily proved this, by the way.)
