Texas Medical Board again tries to destroy Dr. Burzynski with new lawsuit to revoke his medical license

(NaturalNews) The medical establishment in Texas refuses to give up its vicious agenda to destroy the work and career of Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski, the famed cancer doctor whose innovative and specialized antineoplaston (ANP) treatments have helped cure many patients of supposedly “incurable” cancers. The Alliance for Natural Health (ANH) has announced that the Texas Medical Board (TMB) is once again suing Dr. Burzynski to have his medical license revoked, and his Houston, Tex.-based clinic shut down. TMB’s war against Dr. Burzynski’s cancer treatments date back to the 1980s, when the group repeatedly accused him of breaking laws, some of which actually turned out to be nonexistent. To make a long story short, the group ultimately failed to destroy Dr. Burzynski because, quite frankly, he had not broken any laws, and his treatments actually work. If you are unaware of the history of legal fights that Dr. Burzynski has had to deal with, be sure to check out this earlier NaturalNews report (http://www.naturalnews.com/032998_Burzynski_cancer_cures.html). You can also watch the full-length documentary about Dr. Burzynski, The Burzynski Movie , for free at NaturalNews.TV (http://www.naturalnews.tv/v.asp?v=F5B32D25BDC2E1977584DF9A1DF9CC0D). Dr. Burzynski’s cancer protocols are diametrically opposed to conventional cancer treatments. He does not apply a one-size-fits-all chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery approach. Dr. Burzynski custom tailors cancer treatments for his patients based on their unique genetic makeups. In each of these customized formulas, Dr. Burzynski also utilizes sodium phenylbutyrate (PB), a compound he discovered that metabolizes in the liver and turns into antineoplastons. TMB has fought tooth and nail to silence Dr. Burzynski, presumably because his work is a threat to the multi-billion dollar conventional cancer industry. So this time around, the group is accusing him of all sorts of violations, none of which are valid or true — but it will attempt to use these flimsy accusations on April 11, 2012, to try to revoke Dr. Burzynski’s medical license and shut down his practice unless we stop them! Be sure to check out this 20-minute video update about what Dr. Burzynski currently faces with the charges made against him by TMB (https://www.burzynskimovie.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=126). On that same page below the video window, you will see a short summary of this current assault against health freedom, as well as information about how YOU can help stop TMB from destroying Dr. Burzynski’s viable alternative to conventional cancer treatments. ANH has also created an Action Alert form by which you can contact Texas senators and representatives, as well as Gov. Rick Perry, who has been instrumental in padding TMB with members that routinely harass integrative physicians like Dr. Burzynski(https://secure3.convio.net/aahf/site/Advocacy?cmd=display&page=UserAction&id=963). Government Nuisance Abatement Teams forcing residents to destroy their homes and vacate land

(NaturalNews) Government officials in California are hard at work getting rid of all the “lone rangers” living in Los Angeles County’s Antelope Valley. According to a recent report by www.reason.tv, “armed county inspection squads” are regularly raiding the residences of off-the-grid valley dwellers for alleged code violations, only to later demand that such residents completely destroy their homes and vacate their property. Be sure to watch the full ten-minute www.reason.tv report here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yw3RiMdS7sE Los Angeles County describes its Nuisance Abatement Team (NAT) program as a “multiagency task force assembled to abate the more difficult Code violations and public nuisance conditions on private property.” In the Antelope Valley, this has translated into targeting property dwellers who primarily live in structures or trailers that have their own private water sources, and that are powered independently from centralized power grids. It typically starts with code inspectors showing up at residences where they begin demanding that certain changes be made, typically in response to “neighbor complains.” If property owners comply, code inspectors proceed to find additional problems that need immediate attention. The situation then continues to escalate until agents eventually reveal their true colors, and order property owners to completely destroy all buildings and vacate the property. “The government came out and told me that my bushes and stuff out here had to be cut back,” said Joey Gallo, a retired ARMY veteran who served during the Vietnam era and Antelope Valley property owner, to reason.tv. “I agreed to take care of the problem.” After complying with the county’s demands to tidy up his property, which also ended up including moving a shed and getting rid of a motorhome, Gallo received orders from agents to level his home and move off his own property. The agents claimed that neighbors had complained about “unsightly structures,” even though Gallo has no immediate neighbors near his property. “They told me you have to get off the property. All of a sudden I’ve got police at my front door with bullet proof vests, guns. And they surrounded the place. Everything I’ve worked for was just melting away from me. I don’t know where I’m gonna go. I really don’t.” Gallo is certainly not alone, either. Another property owner by the name of Oscar Castaneda, who is also a preacher, lives just a few miles away from Gallo. A self-sustaining couple who has lived in their home for 22 years and grown their own food, generated their own electricity with solar panels, and pulled water from their own private well — all without ever needing any help from the government or anybody else — Castaneda and his wife have been ordered to destroy their home and leave their land as well. And Kim Fahey, another former Antelope Valley resident who built his own home out of old telephone poles, was raided not too long ago. Fahey was convicted of 12 misdemeanors, was eventually arrested and put in prison, and subsequently was forced to destroy his unique castle-like home, which he lovingly named “Phonehenge.” Be sure to watch the full reason.tv report for yourself to hear these real-life stories of property owners being forced off their own land: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yw3RiMdS7sE Forcing property owners to destroy homes, leave land all part of UN’s Agenda 21 The US government’s coercion of property owners to destroy their homes and leave their land is all part and parcel of the United Nations Agenda 21 program, a plan of action for “sustainable development” designed to cluster the populations of the world into organized, tightly-designed, planned communities, where they can be monitored, tracked, and forever connected to the government control grid (http://www.un.org/esa/dsd/agenda21/). Living on one’s own private land, especially land that is detached from a major city and its respective power grid, is simply not part of the UN’s global agenda for population control. That is why the UN created a “Wildlands Network and Smart Growth” component to Agenda 21 that gradually forces rural individuals to migrate to urban clusters, while seizing control and ownership of their left behind land in order to turn it back into wild, government-owned land (http://www.freedomadvocates.org/articles/illegitimate_government/assessing_monetary_collapse%3a_exposing_agenda_21_and_understanding_freedom_20110609439/). Sound like a crazy conspiracy theory? Do some research on Agenda 21 for yourself, and you will surely be shocked to learn the truth about the global agenda for human management, as well as how this plan coincides directly with the NAT program that is ridding California’s Antelope Valley of any and all land owners that do not fit the new global paradigm. A handful of walnuts each day significantly lowers breast cancer risk

(NaturalNews) Researchers from Marshall University in West Virginia report in the journal Nutrition and Cancer that small amounts of walnuts eaten daily can significantly lower the risk of breast cancer in women. Walnuts are a naturally great tasting source of healthy Omega-3 fats, minerals, vitamins and protein that have long been associated with good health. Interestingly, it is not only the potent dose of Omega-3 fats that are responsible for the risk reduction, but also a synergistic effect between multiple nutrients provided by the nut. Scientists now confirm that eating two ounces of this super food each day can significantly lower your risk of developing this insidious killer disease. The study was conducted using mice that are genetically predisposed to develop breast cancer tumors. Lead researcher, Dr. Elaine Hardman set out to determine the effect of a typical diet and a walnut-enhanced diet through an entire lifespan. Scientists examined dietary nutrition supplied by the mother through conception and weaning and then by eating walnuts directly. Mice are frequently used for this type of research because they follow similar patterns of breast cancer carcinogenesis when compared to humans. Dr. Hardman found that the group whose diet included walnuts from conception to late life developed breast cancer at less than half the rate of the group consuming a typical diet. In addition, the number of tumors and their sizes were significantly smaller. Of the results, she commented: “These reductions are particularly important when you consider that the mice were genetically programmed to develop cancer at a high rate… we were able to reduce the risk for cancer even in the presence of a preexisting genetic mutation.” Researchers noted that they were unable to determine if the cancer prevention benefits were the result of deletions or additions to the diet. Adding healthy Omega fats from walnuts displaced unhealthy fats and balanced Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratios to lower systemic inflammation and oxidized LDL cholesterol levels that result in cancer development. Other studies including walnuts have shown that there are multiple health benefits achieved from the unique blend of fats, vitamins (especially vitamin E) and minerals in the flavorful nut. The result of this study continues to add to the wealth of scientific evidence that natural nutrients provided by an array of ‘super foods’ significantly contribute to our health. Dr. Hardman concluded: “Food is important medicine in our diet… the results of this study indicate that increased consumption of walnuts could be part of a healthy diet and reduce risk for cancer in future generations.” It’s easy to add two ounces of walnuts (about 14 halves) to your daily diet to prevent breast cancer and a host of other chronic diseases. Bromelain – Find health with the healing qualities of proteolytic enzymes
September 6, 2011 by
(NaturalNews) Pineapples have long had a tradition for their healing qualities among the natives of Central and South America. Bromelain is a powerful proteolytic enzyme from the juice and stems of pineapples. It is very helpful for aiding the digestive processes. It has also shown very powerful anti-inflammatory properties that have caught the attention of nutritional researchers. Bromelain can refer to either of 2 enzymes: Stem Bromelain and Fruit Bromelain. These are referred to as sulfhydryl proteases since a cysteine side-chain of free sulfhydryl group is present in the structure. The stem form is the most common commercial source due to the wide availability after the fruit is harvested. (1-2) Bromelain has been used as a therapeutic supplement since 1957. Research was first conducted in Hawaii but has now spread around the world. Germany is the most involved in research on this unique nutrient. Bromelain is currently the thirteenth most used herbal supplement in Germany. (1-2) Bromelain has shown through a number of research studies to be effective at modulating inflammation and lessening the severity of a number of inflammatory based diseases. These include multiple sclerosis, pleurisy, arteriosclerosis, osteoarthritis, ulcerative colitis, rheumatoid arthritis and allergic asthma. (3-16) Bromelain is also great at relieving sinus congestion. Bromelain has been shown to ease congestion, reduce nasal mucous and heal areas of swelling by mediating the inflammation caused by infection or hay fever. The German Commission E approved bromelain for the treatment of sinus and nasal swelling following ear, nose, and throat surgery or trauma. Bromelain has been shown to remove certain CD128 receptors for interleukin-8 (IL-8). IL-8 is an immune cell that stimulates neutrophil activation. Increased neutrophil activation is associated with increased inflammation. By modulating the receptors for IL-8, bromelain helps control this immune reaction. Other studies have shown bromelain to effectively reduce other known inflammatory prostaglandins, cytokines, and chemokines. (17, 18) Bromelain has shown itself to be comparable to strong anti-inflammatory drugs such as dexamethasone and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (NSAIDs). While these medications can be addictive and have very dangerous side effects, bromelain is non-addictive and side effects happen less often than what occurs with these medications. Most common side effects associated with bromelain include nausea, diarrhea and indigestion. Other side effects include tachycardia, fatigue and heavy menstruation. People with allergies to pineapple should avoid bromelain. Allergic reactions may also occur in people who are intolerant to celery, fennel, carrot, papain, and latex. People with peptic ulcers should not use bromelain either. Bromelain and supplements utilizing this enzyme are particularly useful for athletes and people involved in intense exercise. Although studies show mixed results, bromelain may reduce swelling, bruising, healing time, and pain following surgery and physical injuries. It is often used to reduce inflammation associated with tendinitis, sprains and strains, and with other minor muscle injuries such as delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). (19,20) DOMS is the typical muscle soreness associated with an intense bout of exercise. Athletes and lay people frequently encounter DOMS as they alternate training frequency, intensity and time periods. A 2004 study showed that bromelain in combination with other proteolytic enzymes significantly reduced DOMS in downhill runners. Dead body of woman found hanging from balcony of pharmaceutical company CEO’s mansion

(NaturalNews) The body of 32-year-old Rebecca Nalepa was recently found hanging dead off the balcony of the historic Spreckels mansion in Coronado, Calif., which is owned by Arizona based Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp. CEO Jonah Shacknai. The woman’s hands were tied tightly behind her back, her feet were bound, and she was completely nude — but officials say they have not been able to determine whether the incident is a homicide or a suicide. Very little has been released about the case so far as authorities are apparently trying to figure out how to proceed with it. But it has been revealed that Nalepa was Jonah’s girlfriend, and Jonah’s brother, Adam, was the one who found the body. He allegedly called 911 on Wednesday after discovering it, as he was admittedly living in the guest house on the property. “Because of the unique and bizarre circumstances of this incident, it has yet to be determined if this will become a criminal matter or remain as a death investigation,” said San Diego County sheriff’s Capt. Tim Curran in a statement. Though it is technically possible, a victim found with tightly bound hands and feet, and who is completely nude hanging from a noose dead, most likely did not kill herself. Again, there have been cases where suicide victims tied their own hands prior to hanging themselves, but more often than not, such a scenario is indicative of foul play. It remains to be seen how the case is handled, but the details that have already been revealed point to the possibility of a coverup in the works. Drug companies are powerful, as most NaturalNews readers know, and they hold a lot of sway over law enforcement and the government (think FDA drug approval process). Here is to hoping that a proper investigation will be conducted, and that justice will be served. Was Judge John Roll the actual target of the Giffords shooting?
February 14, 2011 by
(NaturalNews) While most of the country has been focused on the tragic shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ), the murder of Judge John McCarthy Roll, a federal judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, remains largely and strangely missing from most of the mainstream press coverage of this event. Judge Roll, considered by some to be one of the most constitutionally-centered judges in history, was a defender of liberty who, prior to his murder, had begun working with Rep. Giffords to build a new courthouse and to assert Arizona’s sovereignty in dealing with illegal immigration. In essence, Rep. Giffords and Judge Roll were effectively breaking down the false ‘left/right’ political paradigm that paralyzes Americans from fighting back against government tyranny. This unique alliance between ‘left’ and ‘right’, and the potential it had to dismantle a whole host of encroaching federal interventions in state affairs, may be one of the reasons why Judge Roll’s murder is conveniently being left out of the spotlight. Worth noting here is that Jared Lee Loughner’s two primary victims were a significant and growing threat to the political status quo. Giffords is a Democrat, and Judge Roll was a conservative. But the two had begun working hand-in-hand to accomplish real goals for the people they served, both in Arizona and across the country. Judge Roll’s understanding of the proper role of the federal government had huge implications in all sorts of freedom issues, including health freedom. S.510, for instance, is the type of unconstitutional, freedom-grabbing legislation that Judge Roll would likely have fought against because of its significant encroachment on individual freedom to buy and sell locally-grown food. And any efforts to harmonize U.S. health laws with those of international governing bodies would likely have been struck down by Judge Roll as unconstitutional. Judge Roll issued a ‘preliminary ruling’ against a case that would permit Obama to seize citizens’ assets without cause Just days before being murdered, Judge Roll had issued a preliminary ruling with intent to rule against the case of ‘United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al’. The subject of the case involved giving the Obama Administration power to seize citizens’ assets regardless of whether or not it could be proven that they committed any sort of crimes. And Judge Roll had planned to declare it unconstitutional. Even though previous presidents have gained similar asset-seizing powers, the recent case would have represented a significant milestone in overriding due process by giving the federal government arbitrary power to steal private property without legitimate cause. And regardless of whether the one doing the seizing was a Democrat or a Republican, Judge Roll would have made the same ruling because, to him, it was a matter of constitutionality, not partisan politics. Unlike most other judges, Judge Roll backed the Constitution and its provisions for individual liberty even when it was not popular. His conservative ideologies were secondary to fulfilling his primary oath of office in defending the U.S. Constitution. And for this reason, he was often hated by both sides for making unpopular, but justified, rulings based on constitutional guidelines. Was Judge Roll the real target? Judge Roll’s unwavering commitment to the Constitution was a major roadblock for those trying to advance unconstitutional agendas. Few, if any, judges are as knowledgeable and principled as Roll was on constitutional issues. And from what is known of him, he could not be bought off by political lobbyists. In fact, many from both sides of the aisle were upset at his decisions because they did not always strictly align with any one political party. As a result, he received many death threats throughout his tenure as a judge. But when considering how significant his contributions were to both Arizonans and to Americans at large, why is his murder being left out of the headlines? Interestingly, some reports that do mention him indicate that he had not even planned to attend Rep. Giffords’ rally the day of the shootings, but decided to do so after allegedly receiving a call asking him to stop by and speak to the Congresswoman. Other reports say he just happened to be shopping at the Safeway grocery store where the event was being held, and decided to greet Rep. Giffords and thank her for her support in fighting illegal immigration. Regardless, Judge Roll was either coincidentally at the right place at the wrong time for his murder, or he was one of the primary targets. Whether he was the sole target or a primary target along with Rep. Giffords, the strange events surrounding the murder of Judge Roll deserve more attention than they are currently getting. Most media sources decided right off the bat that Rep. Giffords was the primary target, and that the others murdered or injured were just secondary ‘bystanders’. Case closed, they say. But upon what evidence do they base these assertions? Even beyond considering the fact that federal judges typically do not attend public political events like the one Rep. Giffords held, what are the odds that one of the most constitutional federal judges — one that clearly threatened the establishment powers — happened to be present at the time of the massacre? Why were local police not present at this outdoor, public event featuring a controversial Congresswoman? And why has there been little to no mention of Judge Roll’s murder by the mainstream media? The victims of the shootings, their families, and all American citizens deserve a proper investigation into what went on the day of the Tucson massacre. There are many pieces to the puzzle that remain missing, and many questions that demand answers. If the American public simply accepts the mainstream rhetoric, then there is little left to be learned. But if concerned citizens delve deeper down the rabbit hole and push for answers, the full truth may eventually come to light. Judge Roll’s death, in particular, deserves serious further investigation. Study: If you had swine flu, you now have super immunity
January 24, 2011 by Health Blogger

(NaturalNews) U.K. researchers have made an interesting discovery concerning swine flu. According to their report, which was published in the Journal of Experimental Medicine , people who have had the H1N1 influenza virus and recovered now have a type of “super immunity” that is able to fend off many different flu viruses, they say. Dr. Patrick Wilson and his team, composed of researchers from Emory University, Harvard University, Columbia University, and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), observed a group of nine patients that had developed swine flu during the 2009 pandemic to see how their bodies responded to the infection. They also noticed that, contrary to what occurs following the contraction of normal seasonal flu strains, swine flu patients generated a host of powerful antibodies capable of fighting off many other forms of flu. “The surprise was that such a very different influenza strain, as opposed to the most common strains, could lead us to something so widely applicable,” explained the report, which focused on developing a way to create a “universal” flu vaccine from these antibodies. Researchers also observed that these powerful antibodies attached themselves to the surface of the virus through a “stem-like region,” which they say varies little among flu strains. For this reason, scientists suspect that the unique antibodies can help protect the body from many different forms of flu. The team is planing to conduct a follow-up study on people who were vaccinated against swine flu but did not get sick to see if they inherited the same boosted immunity. However, it is unclear from the report whether or not the recent study patients had been vaccinated against swine flu prior to contracting the illness. Researchers discover oldest yet known remains of winery in Armenia

(NaturalNews) Archeologists from the University of California, Los Angeles, (UCLA) recently uncovered an ancient wine-making facility in an Armenian cave that they say dates back roughly 6,000 years. The facility — complete with wine press, fermentation vats, storage containers, utensils and even preserved grape seeds and other organic grape materials — is now the oldest known wine press ever discovered. The materials in the cave were uniquely well-preserved because a layer of sheep manure had fossilized the remains and protected them from mold, fungi and various other destructive forces that would have long since destroyed them. But thanks to the concrete-like layer of dung, researchers were able to catch a glimpse of ancient history in a new and unique way. “Because of this unique preservation, we find all of these previously unknown but imagined organic materials,” explained archeologist Gregory Areshian from UCLA’s Cotsen Institute of Archeology, and co-leader of the expedition, to the Los Angeles Times . Among these organic materials were withered grape vines, grape seeds and even preserved remnants of pressed grapes. From the looks of the setup, the ancient folk pressing the grapes did so with their feet in a moderately-sized pressing vat. And because the various storage found tanks were relatively small, archeologists suspect that this particular wine-making facility was specifically designed for ceremonies involving the burial of the dead, and not for recreational drinking. “The site is very important because it is so early and shows how advanced they already were,” said biomolecular archaeologist Patrick McGovern from the University of Pennsylvania concerning the study. “The fact that winemaking was already so well developed in 4,000 B.C. suggests that the technology probably goes back much earlier.” The earliest known evidence of any sort of winemaking dates back to roughly 5,400 B.C. in the Zagros Mountains of the Middle East, where jars with residue of tartaric acid have previously been found.
