US Constitution repealed by traitorous Senators; ‘Republican party now the Gestapo party’ says observer

(NaturalNews) The mainstream media doesn’t want you to know about this story even though it is arguably the single most important story of the year in terms of impacting your future as a free citizen. Yesterday as part of the National Defense Authorization Act , the U.S. Senate voted to repeal the Constitution and its Bill of Rights by authorizing the U.S. military to operate on U.S. soil, conduct secret kidnappings of American citizens and throw them in secret military prisons where they will be “legally” tortured, interrogated and murdered. All that is required for this to take place is the allegation that you are somehow linked to something resembling “terrorism.” There is no due process and no evidence whatsoever required. And this is all being give the thumbs up by the traitorous U.S. Senate, led by Republicans like Sen. John McCain who should know a thing or two about secret prisons. You won’t find any real coverage of this story in the mainstream media, which has predictably sided with tyranny while blacking out this story for reasons you can only imagine. So I’ve collected some of the more important videos and articles you need to see in order to understand what’s happening with this issue and why America is about to descend in an overt, in-your-face military police state run by militant Republican tyrants. If you thought Bush was bad, just wait until a Republican wins the election in 2012 and then uses this law to declare open war on the American people… Here are some videos and articles you need to see: Paul Craig Roberts on RT America http://www.prisonplanet.com/paul-craig-roberts-congress-is-repealing-the-constitution.html “We now have a Republican party that is a Gestapo party…” Stewart Rhodes on InfoWars Nightly News http://www.prisonplanet.com/paul-craig-roberts-congress-is-repealing-the-constitution.html ACLU – Senate Poised to Pass Indefinite Detention Without Charge or Trial http://www.aclu.org/national-security/senate-poised-pass-indefinite-detention-without-charge-or-trial “The bill is an historic threat to American citizens and others because it expands and makes permanent the authority of the president to order the military to imprison without charge or trial American citizens… The Moral Liberal – Indefinite Detention and the Free Society http://www.themoralliberal.com/2011/12/01/indefinite-detention-and-the-free-society/ “The government shouldn’t be allowed to imprison people indefinitely without charge or trial. It shouldn’t be necessary to say this nearly 800 years after the Magna Carta was signed and over 200 years after the Fifth Amendment was ratified… WIRED Magazine – Senate Wants the Military to Lock You Up Without Trial http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2011/12/senate-military-detention/ Paul Joseph Watson – Indefinite Detention Bill Passes Senate 93-7 http://www.prisonplanet.com/indefinite-detention-bill-passes-senate-93-7.html “The Senate last night codified into law the power of the U.S. military to indefinitely detain an American citizen with no charge, no trial and no oversight whatsoever…” Mercury News – U.S. military shouldn’t be the ‘police, judge and jailer http://www.mercurynews.com/opinion/ci_19451274 “It is an insult to our nation’s values — the kind of thing we protest when it happens in China and other dictatorships…” Now you know what the FEMA camps are for This is a message to all those trolls and morons who have been attacking all of us freedom defenders for the past several years: Now you know the FEMA camps are true! Where do you think the U.S. military planned to put all these U.S. citizens they round up under this new law? The FEMA camps, of course! We’ve got the entire censored episode of Jesse Ventura’s “Conspiracy Theory” that reveals these FEMA camps in full detail. Watch it now with renewed knowledge of why these internment camps have been constructed across the USA: http://naturalnews.tv/v.asp?v=CFB1CAFAADB65C1EF25BE43D7910BD27 All this harkens back to World War II and the Japanese internment camps set up on U.S. soil, followed by the military rounding up of Japanese citizens: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_American_internment You think they won’t do it again? Then why did they just pass a bill declaring the entire USA to be a “battleground” and opening the door for the military to operate in U.S. cities and streets? Liberals and conservatives, we should all be Constitutionalists The other thing I’m fed up with in all this — so I’m going to voice it right here — is all the liberals who whine about those of us who defend liberty and work to protect the U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights. A lot of liberals say they think the Constitution is “outdated.” Well guess what? Sen. John McCain agrees with you! And he’s trying to make it legally obsolete so U.S. troops can kidnap you at gunpoint and you have no legal right to say no. People, the Bill of Rights is the only thing keeping you alive right now , especially for the liberals who don’t usually own firearms to protect themselves. It’s the Republicans who are trying to destroy the Bill of Rights these days, don’t you get it? All the liberals and progressives reading this should be opposing McCain and the other treasonous Republican Senators who are pushing this “indefinite detainment of American citizens” tyranny. We should ALL be Constitutionalists — Republican and Democrat, conservative, liberal, libertarian and the undecided. Do you understand that without the Bill of Rights, we are nothing but a military dictatorship run by a bunch of bankster criminals? Get this through your thick skulls, all you Anderson Cooper-watching zombies: Suppose this bill gets signed into law by Obama, who says “I’ll never use it on American citizens.” But then suppose an evil globalist like Newt Gingrich gets elected into office in 2012. Care to guess what he’ll do with this bill? He will simply declare marijuana to be a “tool of terrorism” and then unleash the U.S. military on California pot dispensaries , using armed troops to round up everybody who smokes a little weed, then throwing them in secret U.S. military prisons where they are subjected to torture. No charges, no public defense attorneys, no due process, no accountability whatsoever. All 100% legal because it was voted into law by the traitorous U.S. Senate. You think this couldn’t happen in America? Wake up, people: The Patriot Act was passed with the promise that it would “never be used against Americans” and was only for “terrorists,” right? But now up to 90% of the Patriot Act prosecutions are being leveled against American citizens for things that have nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism. (http://infowars.net/articles/december2005/091205Patriot_act.htm) Get it through your heads, folks: When you hand more power to Big Government, that government always — ALWAYS — abuses that power . The whole point of the Bill of Rights was the limit government power so that it could not engage in secret arrests, torture, assassinations, indefinite detention and other tactics used by nations like North Korea, China and Cuba. But with this Senate bill, the USA will become a lot like North Korea, which is filled with secret prisons. All the things we in the USA complain about other nations doing to their innocent citizens — illegal arrests, torture, etc. — will be LEGAL under U.S. law! Gee, does that mean the UN should now invade the United States and fund rebels to overthrow our government in the same way that it did with Egypt and Libya? The complaints against the tyrant dictators of those nations, by the way, pale in comparison to what the United States is about to unleash on its own citizens. So I’m curious of Hillary Clinton will organize a United Nations invasion of America to “protect the innocent protestors” like we do with other nations? The full list of the traitorous, criminal U.S. Senators who voted for this bill The U.S. Senators who voted for this bill are now unindicted traitors and criminals who have openly attempted to destroy the very U.S. Constitution they swore allegiance to. Notice how this list is dominated by Republicans? All these Senators should now be publicly arrested and tried for seditious acts by a jury of their peers — a lawful right they would deny you! Medical Mafia using financial leverage to enforce children’s vaccinations on poor families

(NaturalNews) Australia has a very high percentage of children fully vaccinated by age five. Only 11% are not fully vaccinated by five years of age. The Australian government has created financial incentives to almost force parents into vaccinating. Still, the Australian government isn’t happy with what they have. Australia’s medical mafia In Australia, parents receive $726 per child as Family Tax Benefit (FTB) at year’s end. In order to receive those benefits now, parents will have to provide proof of vaccinations for each child at one, two, and five years of age. So if a parent refuses to consent to their child’s vaccinations to the full schedule, that family would be minus $2,178. Already, non-vaccinating families were prohibited from child care benefits and rebates. The benefits program offered assistance to lower income families. Rebates are available for any income level family to pay half of out of pocket children’s annual medical expenses up to a maximum $7500. This latest ruling replaces the bribe of $129 for meeting the full vaccination schedule at the ages of two and five. The bribe and the two benefit restrictions seemed to have worked with most parents. Yet, the government is not satisfied with this high percentage. This last financial blackmail mandate comes at the same time the childhood vaccination schedule was made more severe. The MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) three in one shot will be a four in one with a chickenpox vaccine added. And it will be administered at 18 months instead of the MMR’s previous schedule at four years of age. So 89% of Australian children have received all their required vaccinations by age five, and a quick survey poll in Australia’s Herald Sun shows 60% favor penalizing parents who don’t fully vaccinate their kids. Is Australia setting the pace for a world of “vaccine zombies”? (http://www.naturalnews.tv/v.asp?v=6D05173308E7F4169D7259EB85CDF522). Herd protection fiction Convincing concerned citizens that diseases are stopped only by vaccinating 90% of a given population is a major guilt producer among vaccine advocates. It serves to ostracize those who do not wish to be vaccinated and make them feel guilty for refusing. And it’s bogus on at least three points. The first point is that there have been several instances, internationally, of measles and mumps outbreaks within schools or other groups that were vaccinated against them at or over 90%. Here’s one example. (http://www.naturalnews.com/028142_mumps_vaccines.html). The second point is this: If vaccines truly immunize, what is there to worry about? It would seem that a vaccinated child should remain unharmed among kids with any disease for which he or she has been vaccinated. But in fact, the reverse is often the case. A child vaccinated with attenuated live viruses may shed some of those viruses for up to 20 days. That child becomes an unwitting virtual virus bomb terrorist! In 1976, Jonas Salk the creator of the original polio vaccine with killed virus strains, testified that a live virus oral polio vaccine had been the source of most polio occurrences since 1961. Thirdly, in 1976 USA President Gerald Ford publicly launched a Swine Flu vaccination program and took a jab (really?) on camera. That year’s swine flu epidemic scare was based mostly on one soldier who had dropped dead during a forced march while he was flu ridden . Several thousand Americans took FDA and CDC advice and got vaccinated to “stop the swine flu from spreading.” There were so many adverse reactions, including Guillain-Barre syndrome, that the vaccination program had to be halted, leaving most Americans without the vaccination . Yet, the swine flu did not spread to the millions of those not vaccinated after the “immunization” program was halted in 1976. Congress nullified as new, illegal "supercommittee" pushes secret farm bill that will cost billions

November 15, 2011 by

(NaturalNews) The concentration of elite legislative power in America is well under way today as the new “supercommittee” is working on an end-run around Congress to put together a “secret farm bill” that would prop up failed agricultural policies with yet more billions in taxpayer dollars. The “supercommittee” is the newly-formed (and utterly illegal) committee of 12 members of Congress who engineer new debt-related legislation that’s only allowed an up or down vote by the full Congress. This bypasses the traditional debate process by elected representatives, effectively concentrating the power to shape laws in the hands of a mere dozen members of Congress. The very structure is elitist from the start, and it directly contradicts the United States Constitution. Because the committee concentrates yet more power in the hands of the few, it is being heavily lobbied by various groups and industries that want more government handouts. The farming industry, of course, is lined up at the trough of government slop just like everyone else, and this secret farm bill could cost taxpayers billions of dollars in government subsidies that are tied to commodities prices (which are extremely volatile and could unexpectedly rise). Bypassing representatives to concentrate power with the elite What this latest move demonstrates is that the supercommittee will now be used as a way to bypass the rest of Congress with yet more bloated government spending legislation that puts America further into a debt hole that increasingly appears to be headed toward total financial collapse . That this is all being done without open debate in Congress , and without any public scrutiny of the actions of the 535 members of Congress is yet another disturbing sign that the very fabric of power in America is being deliberately destroyed and re-concentrated into the hands of the few — the “global elite” who now consider themselves kings who rule over the slave masses. Read more at TheHill.com: http://thehill.com/homenews/house/193581-secret-farm-bill-primed-for-passage-in-debt-deal America needs hemp farming, not more bailouts for growing low-value crops Of course, the ultimate farm bill for America would be the legalization of industrial hemp farming — a move that would unleash a whole new era of agricultural abundance across the nation. Presently, the USA imports thousands of tons of hemp products each year from Canada, China and other countries. These products include hemp seeds, hemp fibers, hemp clothing and hemp oils. Why on earth is it illegal for U.S. farmers to grow these products when we import them from Canada anyway? If anybody in Washington could pull their head out of the clouds, they would legalize hemp farming for American farmers. So instead of farmers earning pennies a bushel for growing corn or soybeans, they could earn dollars a bushel for growing hemp. This would put hundreds of millions of dollars back into the economy and create new jobs in farming, agriculture and hemp products. Legalizing hemp farming is the ultimate “jobs bill.” Better yet, hemp grows without pesticides and requires little to no chemical fertilizers, either. It’s environmentally friendly, it makes money for farmers, and the demand for hemp products is absolutely huge. The U.S. Constitution is written on hemp. Sails and ropes from the ships that brought America’s original explorers were made out of hemp, and the earliest renditions of the U.S. flag itself were also made out of hemp. Ever wonder why? Because hemp lasts! It’s more rugged than cotton and far easier to grow and harvest. So why isn’t hemp legal in America? And why is the supercommittee in Congress secretly scheming behind closed doors to spend even more taxpayer money propping up a failed agricultural subsidy system that traps farmers in financial slavery while denying them the freedom to grow a crop that’s just begging to be met with additional supply? The answer is simple: Because the U.S. government doesn’t want Americans to have economic freedom! And the DEA, in particular, doesn’t want to give up its tyrannical power over everything related to marijuana. Yet another reason to rise up against tyranny and government oppression If the People of America are to have any hope of restoring their freedom to farm, freedom to garden, and freedom to consume plant-based medicine, they are going to have to take those freedoms back (with protests and Free Speech, not with violence) and remind the government that it has no right to tell the People what they can or cannot grow on their own land, with their own hard work. Heck, the U.S. military is in Afghanistan right now helping the locals grow heroin crops! This is on the record. It was openly reported on Fox News by Geraldo Rivera. Watch the video report here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aj-b3pB6M7s So why is the U.S. government guardian opium farms in Afghanistan while criminalizing industrial hemp farming in America? Because Washington is insane , of course. Agricultural policies are set not to help the American farmer, but to centralize power in Washington and either criminalize or financially enslave as many American citizens as possible. It’s all about stripping power away from the People and delivering it to the hands of the few. Once again, the only man who takes a consistent stand against all this insanity is Rep. Ron Paul . If you support the legalization of hemp farming, the legalization of food freedom and the ending of the ludicrous “war on drugs” and all the millions of innocent people rotting in our prisons today for merely growing and selling a medicinal plant, then your only logical candidate is Ron Paul. Legalize freedom! www.RonPaul2012.com

How to make prickly pear cactus fruit juice for FREE (Health Ranger video)

(NaturalNews) Mike Adams (the Health Ranger) teaches wild foods harvesting in a short video about harvesting nopal cactus fruit and turning it into nutritious, medicinal juice! Watch the video on NaturalNews.TV at: http://naturalnews.tv/v.asp?v=6952BD89F1F8EC25756D84DBF43BDFA3 Or view it on YouTube at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z8VmzQgZN_g In the video, Mike Adams demonstrates how to harvest prickly pear cactus fruit (without getting stuck by the spines), how to press the juice out of the cactus fruit (using a juice press, see below), and how to mix the final juice with tea to make a delicious wild foods beverage! To press out the cactus fruit juice, Adams uses a Norwalk Juicer which features a powerful juice press. Because many people don’t have a juice press, the alternative way to accomplish the same thing is to blend the cactus fruits in a Vita-Mix blender , pour the slurry into nut milk bags , then squeeze the juice out of the nut milk bags. Nut milk bags are available at the NaturalNews Store: http://store.naturalnews.com Harvesting tips Prickly pear cactus fruit juice is almost incandescent purple — it’s a beautiful color made of phyto-pigments that are also powerful medicine. You’ve often heard to eat all the different colors of fresh foods, right? Well, cactus fruit has some of the most powerful colors you’ve ever seen in nature, similar to the color intensity of something like spirulina or astaxanthin. The best part about harvesting cactus fruit is that it’s FREE, and it’s widely available throughout the world where the climate doesn’t get too cold in the winter. You’ll find cactus fruits in the South of the USA, Central America, South America, Australia, China, the Middle East and many other regions. Harvesting tip: Always leave some cactus fruit for the birds. This is one of their important food sources. When harvesting wild foods, never harvest the entire plant, obviously. (Nature isn’t a farm operation!) Maybe the answer is to stop getting all your food indoors and start finding more of it out in nature where it really grows!” Along those lines, NaturalNews.TV recently launched a course called FREE Food and Medicine which teaches that exact principle: http://premium.naturalnews.tv/Free_Food_and_Medicine__NN.htm Watch for more videos and articles on wild foods here at NaturalNews.com.

Don’t waste your money and risk your health with "funny honey" illegally imported from China

November 11, 2011 by

(NaturalNews) Raw, unfiltered honey is your healthiest choice for health benefits. You couldn’t ask for a healthier sweetener, unless you pay more for New Zealand Manuka honey. However, there are several honey scams that deprive you of honey’s health benefits. Some of the honey posers are absolutely unhealthy. The best is pure raw honey. Adulterated honey is mostly real honey with additives, which should be listed on the label. Then there is imitation or fake honey. It is usually a syrupy concoction of cane sugar or high fructose corn syrup in water with colorings and binding additives, and maybe a small amount of honey. Both pure and adulterated honeys have similar identification markings, pollen . Fake honey has no pollen. Honey can be legitimately filtered to remove wax and other large particles. But ultra-filtering removes the pollen completely. Almost 80% of the brands from big box grocers and pharmacies tested by Food Safety News had no trace of pollen. Add 100% without pollen in those little packets of honey provided by airlines and restaurants. Products are listed here (http://www.foodsafetynews.com/2011/11/tests-show-most-store-honey-isnt-honey/). Despite even congressional demands that the FDA do something to curb the fraud, the FDA refuses. Maybe they’re too busy harassing raw milk providers. “Ultra filtering makes no sense,” asserted Mark Jensen, president of the American Honey Producers Association. He went on to say no real honey producer would do that because it’s costly and diminishes quality. But Jensen added this stinger: “In my judgment, it is pretty safe to assume that any ultra-filtered honey on store shelves is Chinese honey and it’s even safer to assume that it entered the country in violation of federal law.” Chinese honey is fake funny honey that bypasses strict tariffs, imposed a few years ago to keep cheap Chinese honey from squeezing USA bee keepers out of the honey market. The reason it’s so cheap is that it usually has no honey in it! So how do they avoid the tariffs and keep that high markup intact? Simply misdirecting the point of origin is one way. Sending it to Canada or Mexico, then changing the shipping labels there and sending the containers across the border is the essence of this shuffle. Another way is to simply lie about the contents of 50 gallon drums, using fake labels of other items that match the funny honey prices. Since either method involves food brokers in the middle, retailers who purchase at good prices don’t ask questions. According to reporters investigating, they don’t answer questions either. This is probably not a Chinese conspiracy. The Chinese are having the same issues with funny honey on their grocery shelves. Co-ops, farmers markets, and respected health food stores all had high marks from Food Safety News. Pollen showed up in all the products tested. So the worst honey you could get from them is adulterated, i.e. containing mostly real raw honey partially filtered with some additives. Again, your best bet is raw, unfiltered honey from a reliable source. It’s worth the extra cost for its nutritional and healing properties. Adya Clarity caught deceiving Health Canada in licensing scam that hid aluminum content

October 31, 2011 by

(NaturalNews) NaturalNews can now report that Adya, Inc. has been caught not only misrepresenting the composition of its product on its own label, but has now been caught committing marketing fraud that violates its terms of licensing with Health Canada. Health Canada is already investigating the issue. In response to NaturalNews articles questioning the safety of Adya Clarity, the president of Adya, Inc., Matt Bakos, touted his product’s “NPN number” from Health Canada as proof that the product has been approved as safe for internal consumption. NaturalNews investigated this claim. We found license #80024735, listed on the Health Canada NPN search that you can see for yourself right here: http://www.naturalnews.com/images/HealthCanada-AdyaClarity-10312011.jpg Or you can search the license number yourself at: http://webprod3.hc-sc.gc.ca/lnhpd-bdpsnh/start-debuter.do?lang=eng As you can see from this page, Adya Clarity was licensed by Health Canada as an iron supplement . It was not submitted as, nor licensed as, a product to treat arthritis, kidney stones, cancer, heavy metals detoxification, calcification and all the other diseases that Adya has been marketed to treat by Matt Bakos, the founder of Adya, Inc., as well as top Adya distributors. In fact, Adya Clarity is imported as battery acid as is proven by the shipping manifest here: http://www.importgenius.com/importers/adya-international-inc In the “Non-Medicinal Ingredients” section of the NPN product registration, four ingredients are listed: Biotite Magnesium sulfate Potassium sulfate Sulfuric acid Do you see what’s missing from this list? Aluminum sulfate , which is present in Adya Clarity at 1,090 PPM based on the MSDS provided to us by Adya. In other words, aluminum sulfate is present in a HIGHER concentration than magnesium sulfate (which is only present in 400 PPM), yet aluminum sulfate was apparently not listed as a non-medicinal ingredient in the application for license submitted to Health Canada. In other words, Adya, Inc. deceived Health Canada in order to acquire an NPN license by withholding extremely important information from Health Canada about the actual product composition, safety, and its intended use. If all this seems familiar, it’s because the concentration of aluminum sulfate is also not listed on the Adya Clarity label — a fact we made clear in several previous articles. See the picture of the misleading Adya Clarity ingredients label yourself at: http://www.naturalnews.com/images/Adya-Clarity-Ingredients.jpg Furthermore, the high concentration of aluminum sulfate in the product makes it an immediate and urgent danger to fetal brain development and the health of expectant mothers. “If the concentration of reported aluminum sulfate in this product is accurate, then yes this is very dangerous to a pregnant mom and the fetal brain,” published author and researcher Dr. Roy Dittman told NaturalNews. “Whatever the exposure is for an adult brain, it can be a thousand times worse for the fetal brain.” A full interview with Dr. Dittman will be published here on NaturalNews later tonight or tomorrow. Misleading application to Health Canada As the Health Canada website explains: (http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/prodnatur/applications/licen-prod/index-eng.php) All natural health products (NHPs) sold in Canada require a product licence before being marketed. Obtaining a licence requires submitting to Health Canada detailed information on the product, including: medicinal ingredients source potency non-medicinal ingredients, and recommended use.” Adya, Inc. apparently did not list sulfuric acid in its application, even though it is the primary non-water ingredient in the product. It did not list aluminum sulfate, even though it is the second most common metal in the product, right after iron sulfate. Furthermore — and here is the most severe violation — Adya Clarity was submitted for licensing as an “iron supplement” — not as a treatment for heavy metals detoxification, removing calcification from the body, and all the other outrageous health “benefits” that have been ascribed to the product by the president of Adya, Inc., Matt Bakos. This the “recommended use” of Adya Clarity licensed by Health Canada has been grossly violated by the marketing of Adya Clarity by Matt Bakos and others. All this adds up to is a clear case of fraud. Massive violations of Health Canada rules and regulations Adya, Inc. claims their product has been approved as safe by Health Canada. Matt Bakos further insists that this licensing by Health Canada “harmonizes” his product with the USA, implying that it is recognized as a safe health supplement in the United States. (It is not.) What Adya, Inc. doesn’t tell you is that Adya Clarity is openly marketed in gross violation of Health Canada rules and regulations. Here are just a few of the regulations that have been widely violated by Adya Clarity marketing (http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/advert-publicit/pol/guide-ldir_consom_consum-eng.php). Note: For the following text, “TMA” refers to “Terms of Market Authorization,” meaning these are the terms under which Health Canada allows licensed NPN products to be marketed: 1.2 Product Representation – An advertisement must not be misleading as to the product category under which it received its TMA, or misrepresent its therapeutic properties. Violation: Adya Clarity is marketed way beyond merely an “iron supplement.” In fact, it is widely marketed as a “cure-all” for heavy metals poisoning, arthritis, kidney stones and much more. The advertisement must include the product’s therapeutic indication. Violation: Adya Clarity’s marketing never refers to Adya Clarity solely as an “iron supplement” even though that is the only use for which it has been licensed. The advertisement must clearly communicate the intended therapeutic use of the product as per its TMA. Violation: The marketing of Adya Clarity goes way outside the bounds of the licensed intended use as an iron supplement. An advertisement must not be misleading by directly or indirectly exaggerating the degree of relief/benefit to be obtained from use of the advertised product. Violation: The marketing of Adya Clarity promises wildly exaggerated claims of health benefits involving numerous diseases. 1.9 Medicinal vs. Non-medicinal Ingredients – Product benefits must not be presented in a manner that misleads the consumer as to the nature of either the medicinal (therapeutic) or non-medicinal (non-therapeutic) ingredients. No medicinal (therapeutic) benefit can be directly or indirectly attributed to a non-medicinal (non-therapeutic) ingredient Violation: The only approved ingredient by Health Canada is iron. But the marketing of Adya Clarity promotes “full spectrum minerals” and assigns almost magical healing properties to those minerals. 2.8 Exaggeration of Product Merit – An advertisement must not mislead consumers by exaggerating product merit. It is unacceptable to exaggerate the severity of the condition that can be relieved with the advertised product. It is unacceptable to use superlative terminology to exaggerate therapeutic properties of a product unless supported by its TMA. Violation: The Adya Clarity marketing videos and webinars are full of exaggerations of product merit. They are filled with superlative terminology. NaturalNews will soon publish videos proving this, featuring Matt Bakos himself. 2.9 Extra Strength / Maximum Strength (See also: “2.20 Power / Strength”) – An advertisement must not be misleading by suggesting that an “extra” strength product provides a greater benefit than a “regular” strength product in cases where both are indicated for the same condition. It is not acceptable to suggest that there is a correlation between the amount of medicinal ingredient and degree of efficacy unless this is part of the product’s TMA. Violation: Adya Clarity is marketed with the recommendation that people take high-dose “super shots” to experience increased health benefits. 2.21 Risk/Safety Information Communication – In order to make informed decisions about their health, consumers should be provided with fair and balanced information about the benefits and the risks associated with the use of the advertised product. Consumers should always : * Be advised to read the label and follow directions of use for the advertised product. * Where there are known risks, be provided with a general risk/cautionary statement that the advertised product may pose risks and may not be suitable for everyone (or similar wording). Violation: Adya Clarity is not labeled with warnings for expectant mothers due to aluminum consumption, nor warnings for those genetically predisposed to iron overload. Read more at: http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/advert-publicit/pol/guide-ldir_consom_consum-eng.php No approval in the United States Even if the NPN license with Health Canada had been legitimately acquired, it confers no product safety approval in the United States , where Adya Clarity has been aggressively marketed and sold through wide-reaching advertising and video webinars. Even if the NPN license were valid in the United States (which it isn’t), it was only a license for an iron supplement . In no way did it confer any applicability whatsoever for the long list of other health conditions for which Adya Clarity was aggressively promoted: rheumatoid arthritis, kidney stones, hormone regulation, colon cleansing, candida infections, and much more. Stated another way, Adya, Inc. appears to have intentionally deceived Health Canada in its application, avoiding any mention of aluminum sulfate (even though it is the second most common in the ingredients, right after iron) and misleading Health Canada about the intended health application of the product. NaturalNews has contacted Health Canada Today I spoke with officials at Health Canada about the circumstances surrounding Adya Clarity’s license. They told me they were already investigating the status of the license, but had not yet had sufficient time to make a determination or a public statement. When Health Canada contacts NaturalNews with more details, we will publish those details. I have no doubt that the license for Adya Clarity will be suspended or revoked once Health Canada becomes fully aware of the marketing of this product, the health claims that are being made for it, and the obvious deceptions that took place as part of the license application process. Once Health Canada becomes aware of the aluminum content of Adya Clarity, it will be fully realized how dangerous this product may be for internal consumption, especially for expectant mothers. An overview of the Adya scam So what we have with Adya Clarity is a product that is: 1) Imported as battery acid. 2) Deceptively and intentionally mislabeled to avoid mentioning the concentration of aluminum sulfate. 3) Licensed in Canada only as an iron supplement, yet marketed and labeled far outside that scope. 4) Marketed internationally (including in the USA and Canada) as a cure-all treatment for arthritis, kidney stones, cancer, heavy metals detoxification, etc. On that last point, NaturalNews has numerous videos of Matt Bakos and top Adya distributors making what can only be called fraudulent health claims about Adya Clarity for the purpose of selling the product for profit. Ridiculous rebuttals that simply strain the limits of logic Some of the responses to questions about Adya Clarity raised by NaturalNews stretch the limits of logic. For example, when NaturalNews exposed the fact that Adya Clarity did not list the aluminum sulfate concentration in its product (over 1,000 PPM) even though it listed the iron sulfate concentration (2,000 PPM) and magnesium concentration (400 PPM), the absurd response from Adya president Matt Bakos was essentially that after Adya Clarity is diluted into water , the resulting concentration of aluminum sulfate is only a “trace” amount, therefore aluminum sulfate was listed under “trace minerals.” This is absurd on its face. That people actually buy into this non-logic is truly astonishing. Product labels must list the contents of what’s in the bottle , not what might result if you dilute it 1,000 times with some other liquid. This should be obvious to anyone who thinks about it. I can’t sell bottled water loaded with lead, and list lead as a “trace mineral” on the label, then claim that it’s only a trace level after you dilute it 1000 : 1. That would be absurd. Furthermore, the claim that aluminum sulfate from rocks (INORGANIC) is equivalent to the aluminum sulfate found in foods (ORGANIC) is also absurd. Aluminum sulfate from rocks is very quickly broken down in stomach acid (acidity increases aluminum solubility) to become free aluminum. Then again, Adya, Inc. insists its product is a “food,” and that is absurd on its face as well. The product is a collection of rocks dissolved into sulfuric acid. I have it on the record, with an audio recording, that Matt Bakos claims Adya Clarity is a food. Millions of dollars in profits To date, profits generated from Adya Clarity — estimated from calculations of the shipping manifests — may reach as high as $7 million . The product costs an estimated five dollars to import and bottle, and has been retailed on the internet for $149. Import documents show Adya, Inc. had imported enough raw materials to sell another several million dollars in the product in the future. Millions of dollars are at stake with Adya Clarity, which is one of the reasons why its importer and distributors have remains in such a state of aggressive denial about the potential for harm in people who use their product (especially among expectant mothers). Action item: Contact Health Canada now Do you live in Canada? If you bought Adya Clarity, immediately contact Health Canada to urge they review the Adya, Inc. NPN license: Here are the exact phone numbers and emails: http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/dhp-mps/compli-conform/prob-report-rapport/gui-44_consumer_complaint-plainte_consommateur-eng.php (You have to scroll down the page to see the numbers.) These regulators already know who we are, as we are usually attacking them for oppressing natural cures. But NaturalNews is not blindly loyal to any industry. We attack fraud wherever it may be found, regardless of the industry in which it is found. The natural products industry is a wonderful industry with much to offer that’s safe, effective and affordable. All the more reason we must protect our industry by exposing the fraud and thereby protecting our own integrity. There is a lot more coming soon from NaturalNews on this issue, including interviews, videos, articles, and hopefully breaking news from Health Canada this week. Stay tuned for regular updates. And remember: All those who are currently attacking NaturalNews about our warnings over Adya Clarity are the very same people who are making money from Adya! They have their financial interests to protect. I, for one, would rather just report the truth and let the cards fall where they may. Fact check: NaturalNews never marketed Adya Clarity There is a vicious and untrue accusation being leveled against NaturalNews, claiming that I promoted Adya Clarity. This is flatly false. I never promoted Adya Clarity, never endorsed it and never marketed this product in anyway. Adya Clarity was, however, placed on the shelf in the NaturalNews store, which is an affiliate front-end to the Raw Food World, a large distributor of Adya Clarity in the United States. This was done outside of my awareness, and when I became aware of the safety questions surrounding Adya Clarity, I immediately requested it be removed from the store and requested the email list of store customers so that they could be contacted and offered immediate refunds. All distributors of Adya Clarity were deceived by Adya, Inc., which distributed its products with misleading labels that hid the actual aluminum content of the product and neglected to mention the sulfuric acid ingredient. This is one of the reasons why so many distributors carried the product — they trusted the label to be accurate, which it has been proven not to be. Because I never promoted Adya Clarity, there were only a relatively small number of sales through our affiliate store. The fact that our own store had inadvertently carried this product further reinforces the commitment to customer safety that it takes for someone like me to step forward and publish these stories. It would have been in my financial interests to say nothing. Instead, I stepped forward immediately and began to ask the important questions about the safety of this product. Even as I was doing what was right, other Adya distributors circled the wagons to protect their profits rather than protecting customers. Many distributors continued to sell the product from their own stores, or even offer “2 for 1″ specials to try to clear out inventory as quickly as possible. A very small number of other distributors of Adya or “black mica extract” have now taken the product off their stores while they attempt to gather more information. That Adya promoters would attempt to attack myself and NaturalNews by falsely claiming that we promoted the product is yet another example of the dirty, slimy tactics to which this group will resort when they are cornered by the truth. Facts are stubborn things, however, and as the facts continue to emerge surrounding this product — its fraudulent marketing, its deceptive labeling, its outrageous profit margins and much more — it will become abundantly clear to the entire natural products community that Adya Clarity was a grand deception which hoodwinked many well-meaning people into selling a deceptively-labeled product that can only be called a fraud.

CDC caught in blatant lies about pandemics and vaccines

(NaturalNews) The CDC relies on an authoritative presence to influence not just USA health policy, but world health policy. This prestigious presence also demands more federal funding, which is being questioned. It seems that the CDC’s research, practices, and expenditures have been under scrutiny lately. Although very few know of what has been hidden from public view regarding CDC investigations, there may soon be too much dirt for the White House to cover up completely. Remembering the 2008 swine flu hoax Remember all those pandemic forecasts from the CDC when different high numbers of swine flu outbreaks were reported? A CBS News program called “Washington Unplugged” wanted to know more details on how those figures were derived, but the CDC stonewalled that reporter. To his credit, he went around the CDC by surveying each individual state’s health agency, and he discovered that very few swine flu cases reported by the CDC were confirmed as swine flu. Most were actually a normal “seasonal” flu. The discrepancy between CDC swine flu statistics and actual confirmed cases was too large to considered sloppy record keeping. Upon further pressure from “Washington Unplugged” news producer, the CDC clamped down more and decided they couldn’t track swine flu cases anymore because “it was too difficult.” The CDC quit doing what they’re supposed to do because they got caught cooking the swine flu stats. This was a rare case of kudos for the mainstream media. For those paying attention, it flagged the CDC’s bogus promotion of swine flu shots for a flu that hardly existed and that many considered less dangerous than a normal seasonal flu . CDC lies about mercury in vaccines From investigative reporter Tim Bolen of The Bolen Report’s two part article “The CDC Has Known All Along How Dangerous Vaccines Are – And Has Covered It Up” (sourced below). As early as 1998 the CDC knew that there were problems with using thimerosal mercury in vaccines. This was especially true with the ever increasing childhood vaccination schedule. Their own researchers turned in a internal draft stating this. The CDC decided to cover this up by hiring fake studies to explain away those mercury links to the rising autism rates. The earliest misleading study was the “Danish Study,” masterminded for the CDC by Kreesten Madsen, whose partner Paul Thorsen has recently been indicted for fraudulent funding activities. This epidemiological study became the cornerstone for the foundation of lies “proving” thimerosal was not a factor for causing autism or other childhood developmental disabilities. Bolen adds, “Even the US Congress began to smell the CDC stink and investigated.” A congressional committee released a 2003 report called Mercury in Medicine – Taking Unnecessary Risks . The report pdf can be seen here: http://vaccines.procon.org/sourcefiles/Burton_Report.pdf Congressman Dan Burton headed the investigation. He had a grandchild who was vaccinated then became autistic, and he was ruthless with vaccine industry and CDC representatives while he presided over hearings. The appropriate findings and excellent suggestions were ignored by the Bush administration and the CDC. Bolen wondered where anti-vaccination activist Bobby Kennedy, Jr. got a one in six figure for developmentally challenged children. Then he came across a bulletin from the CDC and American Academy of Pediatrics issued in 2004 entitled Autism A.L.A.R.M. (source below) which stated that one in six children had developmental/behavioral issues while one in 166 were diagnosed with an autistic disorder. Tim Bolen estimates that from 1998 to 2011, close to 12 million children worldwide have been afflicted with autism, making the worldwide autism ratio one out of 111 children. The CDC claims they don’t understand how this is all happening. They just know it is. The full title of the CDC is Center for Disease Control and Prevention. They’re very heavily funded but clueless about autism and developmental disorders on the rise? Ten billion and asking for more In 2007 Senator Tom Coburn issued a report titled CDC Off Center (source below). The report cites huge mismanagement of funds for non-disease related expenses, generous payrolls, overly lavish facilities, and trips wasting funds on frivolous disease control issues while unable to explain how they are preventing disease. CBS did a special report on Coburn’s report, and mentioned that even then (2007) the CDC was asking the US Government for an additional billion dollars to its $10 billion dollar budget. See where the money goes on this TV report here: http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=3010130n David and Goliath A Ph.D biochemist, Brian Hooker, whose son became autistic after a series of vaccinations, has recently filed a suit against the CDC for violating the Freedom of Information Act by not releasing data he has been requesting since 2005 regarding CDC studies that dismissed mercury vaccine dangers. According to Bolen, Hooker is going in with top gun lawyers in the Washington, DC loop. He has given the CDC an ultimatum to release the documents he wants by late October 2011. This could be interesting. FDA approves dangerous new antidepressant drug for dogs

October 12, 2011 by

(NaturalNews) The pet products industry is burgeoning, as 2011 figures released by the American Pet Products Association (APPA) show that Americans now spend more than $50 billion a year on food, supplies, and veterinarian care for their pets — up nearly 300 percent since 1994. And now Big Pharma wants a piece of the pie, with drug giants Elanco and Eli Lilly and Company having recently gained approval for their dangerous new antidepressant drug Reconcile, the equivalent to Prozac designed specifically for dogs. According to the Alliance for Natural Health – USA (ANH-USA), Reconcile is a once-daily, chewable drug for dogs that is intended to treat canine separation anxiety (CSA), which is just a fancy way of describing the behavioral changes that occur when a dog is separated from his owner and is left alone. But Reconcile is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), meaning it comes from a class of drugs known to cause mental problems, aggression, suicidal thoughts, and even violence against others. With this in mind, it is suspect that Reconcile, which was recently approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), does not contain a black box warning notifying pet owners of these potential side effects. Reconcile’s label also makes no mention of the highly addictive nature of SSRIs, and of how coming off of them can be extremely difficult and highly dangerous to both users and to others with which they come in contact. As far as dogs are concerned, taking Reconcile may cause them to undergo severe mental changes, which could result in them lashing out against children, their owners, and even others in public. Based on previous research involving Prozac, Reconcile may also permanently damage the health of dogs who take it. The FDA, in fact, actually has no idea how dogs will react to Reconcile, particularly in the long term — but the agency has granted its approval anyway, signaling to millions of pet owners that Reconcile is safe and effective, even though it is likely not. And as a result, you can expect to see many more dangerous pet drugs like Reconcile showing up on the market in the future, as drug companies are sure to take advantage of this vast new drug market. Like Prozac, the key ingredients in Reconcile are fluoride molecules According to Reconcile’s product information sheet, Reconcile is made of fluoxetine hydrochloride (Prozac), which is converted into norfluoxetine by the liver. Both of these are fluorophenyl compounds, which means that they are a form of mind-altering fluoride, which many readers know is a serious toxin (http://www.naturalnews.com/fluoride.html). So in addition to the long list of Reconcile’s dangerous side effects, which include seizures, weight loss, tremors, aggression, constipation, vomiting, diarrhea, just to name a few, Reconcile will also pollute dogs’ bodies with thyroid disrupting fluoride compounds as well. Even beyond these stated side effects are the numerous reports that indict SSRIs like Prozac and Reconcile for increasing users’ risk of having strokes, getting thick arteries, developing cataracts, having miscarriages, developing suicidal or homicidal tendencies, and lashing out against others in fits of rage (http://www.naturalnews.com/SSRIs.html). And on top of all this, antidepressants have not even been proven, without a doubt, to provide any health benefits at all. A 2010 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association , for instance, found that for the vast majority of patients, SSRIs provide virtually no benefits — but they do, of course, leave them addicted and perpetually ill (http://www.naturalnews.com/028498_antidepressants_clinical_trials.html). Thus, it is foolish to assume that Reconcile, the canine form of these same SSRIs, will provide any real benefit for dogs. If anything, millions of dog owners will be hoodwinked into buying Reconcile thinking that it is safe, only to later realize the damage it will cause to their furry friends. It is also important to note that Reconcile was approved based on a single, eight-week study in which dogs treated with Reconcile experienced only slightly better improvement with their CSA symptoms compared to dogs who received simple behavior modification therapy. The study was funded by Reconcile’s manufacturer, of course, and did not examine the long-term effects of using Reconcile. Join ANH-USA in demanding that black box warnings be added to both human SSRIs and Reconcile ANH-USA has put together a Citizen Petition by which the public can urge the FDA to add black box warnings not only to animal SSRIs like Reconcile, but also to human SSRIs, warning consumers that use of such medication increases risk of violence towards others. In the case of dogs, using Reconcile to try to temper anxiety, only to have those same dogs experience potential health problems and even worse behavioral problems than they had prior, makes no logical sense. And the public needs to know the truth about Reconcile and all other SSRIs before agreeing to use them either on their pets or on themselves. BPA levels in humans far higher than previously thought

October 9, 2011 by

(NaturalNews) New studies reveal that levels of BPA are massively higher in humans than previously assumed , causing major concern for what has been downplayed by the packaging industry as a false alarm. BPA, or Bisphenol-A, leaches into food from plastic packaging and from the linings of canned foods, causing cancerous tumors and developmental disorders, including learning disabilities, attention deficit disorder, and deformations of sexual organs, especially in newborns. The CDC estimates that over 90% of people in the U.S. are chronically exposed to BPA at over 3000 times the daily level that the FDA reports. Maybe this monstrous difference comes from the fact that the FDA standards ignored more than 100 credible research experiments and studies other than their own . The new FDA regulatory language offers to seek “further public comment and external input on the science surrounding BPA,” but industry lobbyists argue about “safe levels” and do their best to muddy those waters in order to keep the profits margins maximized. Much of the latest research and testing of chemicals in foods is being conducted by the very companies that sell them, or by independent labs hired and well paid to conclude that there is “insufficient evidence of levels harmful to humans.” The FDA and the CDC use the rationale that what kills rats in labs may not have the same effect on humans , but this time, hundreds of tests done on humans reveal otherwise . The BPA label is either on the side or bottom of bottles in black or clear numbers, usually inside of the recycling sign formed by circular arrows. The number 2 means your food is contaminated by aluminum and polyethylene plastic, and the number 7 means there is BPA in your polycarbonate container . To make things worse, if the bottles or cans have been sitting on the shelf at the grocery for months, the toxic levels of BPA are higher, and since there’s no “born-on date,” like beer might have, there’s no telling the age of the container. Also, if the plastic gets heated up, like in a car, more toxins are released into the drink. Plus, canned goods are sterilized at up to 265% Fahrenheit, so the level of BPA released in those foods is horrendous, not to mention the fact that all of the nutrients at that temperature have been depleted from the source. Metal cans have no warning or indicator whatsoever about BPA. The remedy is to simply buy glass only and not have to worry about BPA, but then don’t forget to check for sodium benzoate, BHA, BHT, EDTA, and the other “preservative” criminals. BPA was originally developed in the 1930′s as a synthetic version of the female hormone estrogen. BPA is an endocrine disrupter, meaning it is a chemical that interferes with the hormone system in animals, including humans . Wondering why kids are more hyperactive these days and the doctors suggest prescribing ADHD pharmaceuticals? Bisphenol-A mimics estrogenic activity and enhances mesolimbic dopamine activity, which results in hyperactivity and attention deficits. Still have canned sodas on your grocery list? Ordered up by the USA at 8 billion pounds per year, BPA is one of the highest volume chemicals produced by mankind , having adverse effects in mammals and invertebrates all over the world. Canned goods sell particularly well in times of recession and financial stress. In February of 2009, the United States saw an 11.5% rise in canned food sales alone. The highest concentrations recorded are in chicken soup, infant formula and ravioli . By the way, it’s also in your dental fillings. The EPA has not even evaluated BPA for possible carcinogenic activity, and food packaging executives and lobbyists are still planning to use a pregnant woman in their advertising in order to reassure Americans that BPA is safe for children. Remember, an advertisement’s slogan is often a cover up for the product’s greatest weakness. California mandates ridiculous, untrue warning labels on natural bioidentical hormones DHEA and pregnenolone

October 8, 2011 by

(NaturalNews) Both pregnenolone and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) are naturally-occurring hormones produced by the human body to regulate cell production, maintain cognitive function, and promote proper bodily growth and sexual function. But a new law recently passed by legislators in California mandates that, in order to remain on the market, natural supplement varieties of these hormones must contain warnings about supposed side effects, all of which are unproven and false. According to a recent announcement made by the Alliance for Natural Health USA (ANH-USA) California legislators have altered the state’s Health and Safety Code, Section 110423(b) to mandate that all pregnenolone and DHEA supplements sold within the state contain a label that warns of “serious adverse health effects.” These allegedly include rapid heartbeat, dizziness, blurred vision and seizure, though none of this has ever been shown in trials. Pregnenolone, which is also known as the “master” or “mother” hormone, is produced in various bodily organs and tissues within the body. The body converts pregnenolone into a number of other vital hormones like DHEA, which are then converted into androgens, melatonin, estrogens, and testosterone. All of these hormones are, of course, necessary for maintaining life. More specifically, they regulate healthy brain function and energy levels, and prevent diseases like Alzheimer’s and arthritis from taking hold. Since DHEA is an offshoot of pregnenolone, its functions are similar. It specifically helps build muscle strength and bone mineral density, as well as boost adrenal function, which is a system of the body responsible for dealing with stress, injury and disease. DHEA is also linked to maintaining proper pituitary and thyroid gland function, and it also helps sustain healthy cognitive and mental performance. DHEA and pregnenolone are natural, safe, and patent free, which is why they are being targeted Both pregnenolone and DHEA are abundantly safe — the body produces them naturally, after all — and extensive scientific studies have proven their safety. According to ANH-USA, there were 380 papers published just last year about the health benefits of DHEA, for instance. And up until the 1940s when the drug industry’s cortisol took its place in the limelight, pregnenolone had been extensively studied and determined to to be safe and effective as well. Thousands of Americans rely on these two supplements to maintain their health, and not a single shred of evidence has ever shown that either one is harmful in any way. But because they are natural and cannot be patented for obscene profits, drug companies in conjunction with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and various other federal and state agencies have been targeting them for extinction. This latest scheme to force manufacturers of pregnenolone and DHEA to affix false warning labels to their products is nothing but an underhanded attempt to scare the public away from these safe and effective supplements. So in response, ANH-USA has set up an Action Alert through which you can contact the California legislature and urge a reversal to this insane mandate. You can access the ANH-USA Action Alert here: https://secure3.convio.net/aahf/site/Advocacy?cmd=display&page=UserAction&id=940 Sources for this article include: http://www.anh-usa.org/california-requires-ridiculous-warning-labels-on-bioidentical-hormones-dhea-and-pregnenolone/
